摘 要

近年来环境的不断恶化对人类社会以及人们的生活都产生了很大的负面影响。沙尘暴、雾霾、全球气候变暖等等，种种环境问题在不断警示人们应该注意环境的保护。造纸企业作为传统的高耗能、高污染行业之一，其对环境带来的影响不可忽视，因此也越来越多地引起了公众关注。

现阶段进行环境信息披露的造纸企业越来越多。环境信息披露是指企业把在经营活动中产生的环境影响及与企业环境行为相关的信息传递给投资者、社会公众的行为。企业通过环境信息的披露，向社会公布自己在环境保护方面的表现。但是就目前情况而言，我国造纸企业环境信息的披露仍然存在着诸多问题，提高企业环境信息披露水平迫在眉睫。因此本文将分析影响企业环境信息披露的因素，在此基础上提出合理的建议，让企业在经济效益与环境效益两者间找到平衡点。

本文首先研究了企业环境信息披露的一些理论基础，之后对我国造纸企业环境信息披露的现状以及存在的问题进行了探讨。目前我国有越来越多的造纸企业选择披露环境信息，但是仍然存在着披露方式不统一、倾向于定性披露等问题。实证研究方面，本文选取了在沪深两市上市的10家造纸业公司，通过分析其不同年份的环境信息披露情况，对影响造纸企业环境信息披露的因素进行了探讨，结果表明：造纸企业环境信息披露水平与企业规模和盈利能力存在着正相关关系，而董事长和总经理是否为同一人以及财务杠杆对环境信息披露水平没有显著影响。

Study on the Influencing Factors of Environmental Disclosure of Paper Enterprises

ABSTRACT

Recent years, the more and more serious environmental pollution has negative effects on the society and people’s life. Various environmental problems, such as sand storm, heavy haze and global climate warming, alarm people to protect the environment. As the traditional high energy-consuming and high polluting industry, paper enterprises have brought about a lot of environmental problems and so, raised concern.

More and more paper enterprises choose to disclose environmental information now. Environmental disclosure means that an enterprise delivers the public and investors its influence on environment and relevant environmental information throughout its operating activities. By disclosing environmental information, enterprises show their behaviors in environmental protection to the public. However, at the same time, some problems occur. It’s imperative to improve the level of environmental disclosure of paper enterprises. So I will analyze the influencing factors of environmental disclosure and then raise reasonable suggestions. It will help enterprises to keep the balance between economic benefits and environmental benefits.

In this paper, I do some research on the theoretical basis of environmental disclosure first, and then study the present situation and problems of paper enterprises in our country. Now more and more paper enterprises in our country choose to report on the disclosure of environmental information, however, some problems occur, such as different ways of disclosure, too much qualitative disclosure.The paper chooses 10 listed paper corporations and then research their performances in environmental disclosure during 2011 to 2013. At last,the paper discusses the influencing factors of environmental disclosure. The results show that the level of environmental disclosure has positive correlation with the size and profitability of enterprises.

1.1 研究背景与意义

1.1.1 研究背景

进入21世纪后，我国经济发展处于世界领先水平，得到了世人的关注。然而，环境却伴随着经济发展不断恶化，导致人们赖以生存的环境质量逐渐下降。研究造纸企业环境信息披露影响因素的背景主要包括以下几个方面：

1. 我国环境问题突出

工业经济的迅猛发展一方面提高了人们的生活水平，但另一方面，又严重影响到了人们赖以生存的环境。据有关部门统计，企业生产经营活动产生的污染占全球环境污染的70%，而造纸企业作为传统的高耗能高污染行业自然是占了其中很大一部分（王琮，2013）。

近年来，我国经济的发展引世人瞩目，GDP增长速度年年提高，据有关资料显示^[1]，2010年中国的GDP增长速度达到10.3%，2011年为9.5%，2012年的增长速度也达到了7.8%，积累了不少的社会财富。但是经济蓬勃发展带来的环境问题也日益突出：长久以来我国采用的一直是粗放型的经济增长方式，很多企业为了追求经济效益过度开发自然资源，这使我国的环境污染越来越严重，由此引发的环境问题也越来越突出。根据中华人民环境保护部和中华人民共和国统计局公布的全国环境统计公报整理数据如表1.1所示。
