摘 要

企业信息化的实施对化工企业来说至关重要，而企业信息化绩效评价与企业信息化的战略定位自始至终是相关联的。传统的信息化评价指标具有短期行为和局限性，缺乏战略性分析。评价指标评价及时、准确、便于度量，与企业信息化的战略定位相一致，才可以及时、有效地推动企业信息系统的持续展。因此，运用模糊综合评价法进行化工企业信息化的绩效评价，既重视了企业信息化的短期效益，也关注了企业信息化的效益。

本文首先扼要介绍了研究的背景，以及目前国内外研究现状，指出了本文研究的意义所在。界定了企业信息化绩效评价相关概念的内涵，分析了企业信息化绩效评价的理论基础。结合企业信息化的关键成功因素，从企业的角度出发，构建了企业信息化绩效评价指标体系。并对案例企业进行了实证绩效评价，据此提出了针对案例企业信息化绩效提升的相关建议。

Evaluation of the chemical enterprise informatization performance—Case of Guangzhou Jitai chemical company

ABSTRACT

The implementation of enterprise information is crucial to the chemical domain,

and the performance evaluation is associated with the strategic positioning of enterprise informatization all the way. The traditional informatization evaluation index possesses the characteristics of short-term behavior , limitations, and lack of strategic analysis. Evaluation which is timely,accurate,convenient for measurement,consistent with the strategic positioning of enterprise informatization can promote the sustainable development of enterprise information system promptly and effectively.Therefore,the performance evaluation using the fuzzy comprehensive evalution method of the chemical enterprise informationization not only pays attention to the short-term benefit ,but also concentrates on the benefit of enterprise informatization.

This article introduces the research background and status at home and abroad in brief firstly, which points out signifiances of this article. The related conceptual connotations of the performance evaluation of enterprise information are defined and the theoretical basis of it were analyzed too. Combining with the successful key factors of enterprise information, which builds the index system for performance evaluation from the perspective of enterprise ,proceeds the case of entrprise performance evaluation empirically which proposed related suggestions on the basis of the evaluation.

我国要加快实现工业化、现代化就必需加快发展信息化。坚持以信息化带动工业化、以工业化促进信息化的发展战略，是本世纪头20年我国经济建设和改革发展的主要任务之一，是我国立足于统筹科学发展的一项长期战略。近几年来，随着计算机技术、电子技术在我国的普及，信息已经成为决定经济增长的战略资源；信息技术和化工产业的有机结合，已成为推动化工企业发展的核心力量。信息技术可以有效的推动企业向智能型企业和管理型企业的转变，进一步提升企业核心竞争力，信息技术已成为大多数国际知名化工企业提升管理的核心手段。

随着市场竞争的加剧、信息技术的不断发展、电子商务平台的日渐成熟以及Internet技术的广泛应用，传统的营销观念已经逐渐变成以信息化为主导的新观念。企业开始关注信息化的发展，并开始重视收集这些数据。通过掌握一些关于信息化的发展，为企业提供更好的解决方案，以此来提高资源的利用率，最大化挖掘和统一管理企业信息化。
