摘 要

森林防火手机APP的设计，是为了满足巡林员日常工作的需要，更方便快捷的处理数据。加强森林防火工作、保护珍贵森林资源一直以来是我国强调的主题。而如今，随着科学技术的不断进步，智能手机在市场上迅速发展，智能手机的应用也涉及到各个领域。故设计本系统，结合智能手机的优势，为森林防火做出应有的贡献。

本系统是以森林巡林员为主要用户对象开发的一款基于智能手机的APP系统。本系统采用C/S结构，使用Android布局技术完成了UI设计，基于Java语言开发完成的。本系统主要实现用户登录、基本信息输入、历史扑救方案查询和最新动态显示这四个功能。“操作简单，功能实用”是本软件设计的核心理念。

本论文介绍基于Oracle数据库开发的森林防火手机APP系统的编程技术和相应的实现过程。具体阐述了系统的数据库建立、服务器搭建、客户端设计等的一系列技术要点。

Forest Fire Prevention System

——Development and Design of APP on Mobile Phone

ABSTRACT

The design of APP for forest fire prevention system on mobile phone can satisfy the daily work of forest ranger staff, by making data processing more convenient and fast. Strengthening the forest fire prevention and protecting the precious forest resources have always been the theme that emphasized in our country. Nowadays, with the constant progress of science and technology, smartphone is developing rapidly in the market. Meanwhile, the application of smartphones involves various fields. So combining with the advantage of smartphones, the design of this system make due contribution to forest fire prevention.

This system is developed for APP on smart phone based on forest ranger staff as the main user. It completed UI design by using layout technology under Android, which is based on C/S structure and Java language. This system mainly realize the following four functions, which are logining of users, inputting of the basic information, querying of the past save schemes and displaying of the latest news. "The simple operation, the practical function" is the core idea of designing the software.

This paper introduced the programming technique and the corresponding implementation process of the APP for forest fire prevention system on mobile phone, which is based on Oracle database. It elaborated a series of pivotal technology such as establishing of the database, constructing of the server and designing of client.

1 绪论

1.1 研究意义及目的

智能手机近十年得到迅猛发展，丰富的功能和出色的性能得到大众的青睐。除了拥有普通手机的通话、短信功能外，人们还使用智能手机的App 应用程序代替个人电脑处理日常事务，如个人信息管理、收发邮件、网页浏览、多媒体应用和在线购物等。而森林是重要的自然资源，近几十年来，随着全球气候的变暖以及人为因素的影响，森林火灾的发生率不断上升，已经严重危害森林资源。所以，有效的预防、监测森林火灾显得至关重要。因此该研究希望设计与开发一种适应于森林防火系统的手机App软件，辅助林场巡林员的日常管理，从而为森林防火系统做出一定的贡献。

森林防火系统——手机App系统的设计与开发的意义在于，它是直接辅助于林场巡林员的日常管理工作的。它利用智能手机的易携带性和可联网性使得巡林员能及时的输入数据或输出结果，它更加方便的、快捷的促进了巡林员的日常巡林工作，从而能有效的监测、反映以及预防森林的火灾的发生。

森林防火系统——手机App系统的设计与开发主要功能其一是方便巡林员及时的录入当时地区的气象湿度、温度、风向等数据；其二是当巡林员预测到可能发生火灾时，能及时的根据当时地区的一些数据搜所到相应的扑救方案。
